Last Sunday we drove south east from Perth to Boddington for the annual Field of Quilts. I had not been before but it was a nice day out.
There were vintage cars and bikes for the men to look at, lots of quilts and stalls.
They were lucky that the rain held off at least while we were there – it did rain on the drive home so they may have had to rush to bring in all the quilts.
Boddington is a small town but is well situated on the Hotham River with lovely hilly countryside surrounding. Below: paperbark trees beside the river.
that looks like a great day out …x
What a lovely spot..and all those quilts whoooo!!
What a great idea to keep all attendees happy, quilts and cars.. looks like a wonderful day out. hugs
