These are the results from heat transferring some of my painted papers from the previous post onto fabrics.
Above & below: papers are cut up and layered onto satin fabric, a good way to build up a larger, more complex surface.
Above: all techniques used on wet dye painted papers which were then allowed to dry before ironing onto fabric: from top left: plastic bag scrumpled, bubble wrap, and bottom 2: sprinkled salt.
Very nice results! Especially with the layered papers.
I love the colours of this experiment. And the result of the third picture is most appealing to me. I wish I can make fabrics like this some day.
