These are a few of the covered books I’ve been making to sell at Genesis in the Hills vegetarian cafe. They’ve been selling so well, I can’t keep up! Above: the background is made up from tiny scraps of quilt fabric and some yarns with a sheer fabric over – the heart fabric was made the same way with rows of machine stitching over. It’s a bit hard to see in its cellophane packet.
Above: made from a heat transfer dye sample piece with lots of machine stitching.
Below: mono and thermofax printed, machine embroidered flower applied.
I’ve also done a new post on the Designing Women blog – read it here.
Wonderful covers.
They look lovely Linda. No wonder they are selling.
